11.04 SICK LEAVE BANK 

The purpose of the Voluntary Sick Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) is to in  cases of catastrophic illnesses or injuries (see 11.0403 B) provide sick leave to  contributors to the Bank after their accumulated sick leave and any available advance of  sick leave days has been exhausted, and more specifically to provide such leave from  the Bank.
